The Group Publisher (GP) Role
Group Publisher (GP) Opportunity
Coach the Creators. Lead the Stories. Amplify the Voices.
As a Group Publisher (GP) in the Chronicles Publishing Network (CPN), you’re the coach on the ground, the leader who supports the reporters, bloggers, content creators, and storytellers. While the CP sets the vision for the territory and the APs manage their areas, you work directly with the Chroniclers (Cs), guiding, encouraging, and ensuring their work resonates across the community.
Why Pay to Create?
On social media platforms, you don’t pay to post, but you also, if like most people don’t get paid. The platform owns your audience, controls your reach, and keeps most of the revenue.
At CPN, your one-time license fee secures ownership of your channel and your role as a leader. You cannot be shadow-banned or deplatformed, blocked or banned (as long as you follow the laws of your country). More importantly, you can earn immediately by bringing in sponsorships from local businesses you already know and support.
That means you can walk into the restaurant where you already eat, the shop where you already buy, or the service you already use, and ask them to sponsor your channel. If they want new customers, our proprietary geo-location ad system has been delivering results for local businesses since 1990. It’s fast, it’s direct, and it puts you in control.
Most importantly, this early cash flow gives you the runway to keep creating long enough to build the audience that unlocks the 15 revenue streams today’s top YouTube, X, and Instagram influencers rely on.
Your Role as GP
Recruit and mentor 10 Chroniclers (Cs), your team.
Guide their work across the 200 Opedia-branded sites (sports, food, history, culture, etc.).
Support them in building audiences and securing local sponsorships.
Strengthen community ties by helping local voices be heard.
Participate in local, regional, national, and global revenue streams.
Economics of the GP Role
One-time license fee: $0.03 per capita.
Example: A 50,000 population area = $1,500 (financing available).
Upside: Earn from your own channel and benefit from the efforts of the entire Chronicles Team, plus share in the revenue generated by C100 Corp.
The Group Publisher Opportunity
As a Group Publisher (GP) in the Chronicles Publishing Network (CPN), you’re the leader that keeps the content engine running. While the Chronicles Publisher (CP) sets the vision for the territory and the Associate Publishers (APs) manage their areas, you are on the front lines with the creators, guiding, supporting, and amplifying their voices.
Each GP directly recruits and mentors 10 Chroniclers (Cs). That’s your team. You don’t manage hundreds of people, a manageable 10.
But those 10 are the reporters, content creators and storytellers who will bring life to your community across the 200 Opedia-branded publishing sites. They’re covering everything from local sports and food to culture and history. As their Group Publisher, you provide direction, encouragement, and strategy, helping their work find an audience and build momentum.
The GP role is also one of the most affordable entry points into the Chronicles system, yet it carries real influence. Your one-time license fee secures your position as a recognized leader in your territory. You benefit from:
The income generated by your own channel. Your channel has access to all 200 Opedia-branded sites.
You benefit from the efforts flowing up from your Chroniclers’ work.
Participation in the larger revenue secured by C100 Corp at the regional, national, and global level.
Think of it this way: if the CP is the CEO of the territory, and the AP is the district manager, the GP is the team coach. You work closely with your Chroniclers, helping them shape stories that matter, stories that businesses are eager to sponsor and neighbors are eager to read or watch.
Take Iredell County, North Carolina as an example. With a population of about 191,000 residents, there will be roughly 100 GPs operating under the CP. That means you and your 10 Chroniclers are one of the most important units in the entire system, a trusted local team inside a territory with thousands of businesses and tens of thousands of readers, listeners, and viewers.
And here’s the key difference: unlike social media platforms where you’re just another poster hoping to go viral, here you own your channel and work with your team of 10 Chroniclers. You keep 100% of the sponsorships you build with local businesses, and you share in the larger revenue C100 Corp brings to the table.
As a GP, you’re not just another voice in the crowd. You’re the one building a publishing team, guiding local Chroniclers, and helping your community find solutions to pressing issues.
This is your opportunity to step into leadership at the ground level of the creator economy, where the content is made, where the connections are strongest, and where your impact can be felt right away.
Quick Start: Your First Few Days
Week 1: Obtain your license here, and choose the Opedia sites where you want to personally publish content.
Week 2: Secure your first local sponsors (if you haven’t already). Don’t let the idea of “sales” hold you back. You’re not pushing products, you’re offering businesses an opportunity to attract new customers. And that’s the one thing nearly every business wants, more customers. You can help them do that.
At C100, we routinely sell geo-location ads to small and medium-sized businesses at prices ranging from $324 to $2,400. Depending on your financial situation, just a few sponsors could cover your license investment in no time.
Week 3: Begin building your team. Start growing your audience by creating content you’re proud to put your name on. If it resonates with you, if you never tire of reading, watching, or listening to your own work, it will find an audience.

You’re not just giving. You’re stepping forward.
Chronicle is built. It’s here. The tools are ready. Now we’re selecting CPs and APs to train.
If you’ve ever wanted to lead something meaningful, this might be your time.
Starting September 18, 2025, the Founding Fifty Tour begins.
We’ll kick off in Florida and move west along the I-10 corridor — town by town, week by week — aiming to reach California by April 2026, focusing on communities within two hours of I-10.
In Q2 of 2026, we turn east via I-40 and arrive in North Carolina by September.
Spots Are Limited.
If you want in, now’s the time to act.
CPs and APs stake their interest — not with a résumé, but with a financial commitment that shows you’re serious.
That commitment:
Signals how deeply you care about becoming a CP or AP in one of the first 50 towns
- Determines your place on our priority list — real commitment rises to the top
Opens the door wider — the greater your commitment, the greater your access to hands-on training and early support
Even if you’re not called to be a CP or AP, your support still helps restore what the internet was supposed to be — a place where people, not platforms, hold the power. A space where creativity is rewarded, connection is real, and communities rise together.
Whether you lead, lift, give, or cheer — your part matters.
This is your invitation. The mission is already in motion.
